About Clinipod
Clinipod is a normal saline (sodium chloride) solution and sterile balance which is at the same concentration as that found in the body. It is suitable for wound cleansing to include burns, general irrigation and topical application to wash the eye.
The product is a colourless, transparent solution presented in small see through single-use vials with a twist off seal. Each vial contains 20ml of solution.

Directions For Use:
- Clinipod vials are for external use only and not for injections.
- Hold the Clinipod vial in your hand or place in a jug of warm water to bring the sodium chloride solution up to body temperature.
- Open the vial by twisting off the nozzle, taking care not to touch the nozzle tip. The vial is now ready to use.
- The vial can be squeezed firmly in the direction of the wound, releasing a flow of sodium chloride solution that will remove debris from the wound. Press the vial gently for drop by drop flow to clean traumatised skin, or for eye bathing.
- Once you have opened the vial you should throw away any remaining solution.
- Store the vials in a cool and dark place. Do not use the vials if the solution appears cloudy or the vials have leaked.
Important Information:
For external use only. Not to be used for injection. Always read the label and instructions supplied. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store between 5C and 250C.
